The walkWatch this space! Evidence is building up that physical activity can help counter the effects of depression and mental ill health. A walk is also a good way to publicly demonstrate commitment to a campaign. All the projects we're planning for the campaign are about getting active and involving people in a way that is also fun - it's a part of the concept in Melanie Ducret's STUFF STIGMA! Strategy Document, which you can download here. We're planning a walk for later in the year to tie in with the national Moving People campaign.
