Robert Ashton

is chairman of the Stuff Stigma Think Tank, the comittee which will steer our campaign.

He is a Norfolk-based entrepreneur, speaker and social activist with an active interest in mental health issues. He's chairman of the Eastern Region Rethink RRG (Regional Reference Group) and was elected a Governor for the Norfolk and Waveney Mental Health Partnership in December 2007.

Robert has had his own experience of struggling with depression and is in a good position to empathise with people who have experienced mental ill health and the often difficult struggle to return to the mainstream of life.
